How about a map of singapore's mass rapit transport system(MRT) . The different opperational lines can be your continents.

Could you put up a drawing of what it would be like? Like a transit map or something? It could be cool but I doubt many people have heard of this. When you begin making it, if you do, take a look at the NYC map and think about how the map maker created the subway routes...

i think that a Singapore map had already been created, but not sure if it had the metro systems and stuff
