how bout somebody make a middle earth or Narnia map?

I'm still pushing for a futuristic "what would the world be like" map...just seems like there should be one to spice up the current recipe and add more flavor.

futuristic map has been done before, in risk 2210 AD. quebec is it's own country, so is ontario, and many other changes to the world have been done. Dont remember them all, havent played in a few months

I know they've done before. ;) I didn't ask for any exact copies. But it would still be nice to have one or two here simply for spice.

I played that a few years ago... I recall that Greenland was the Exiled States of America, and there were several other amusing country names, along with some names that made no sense and which I assume were in-jokes among the designers. And the moon and undersea colonies. It was an interesting variant on the game, though maybe a little overly complicated for Risk.

There's also Lord of the Ring risk, which I've only played once. The map is a possibility, though copyright is an issue and Tolkiens' estate can be rabid about it. The game itself some nice variants, inspired by 2210 I believe and adjusted after playtesting.
