How long will it take to process? Will I be notified if I filled out the usergroup form incorrectly?

We hope to attend to the influx of Requests as soon as possible (it shouldn't be long, really).

If you fill out the form incorrectly, you will be notified and you will be asked to fill it out correctly.

Only forms that are filled out properly, with the needed information, will be accepted. :)

How private it is? Who aside from the usergroup members will have access to it?

Only the people in the usergroup are able to see it and what is posted in it.

From experience on other sites usually just one mod that is not a clan member can see to ensure no site guidelines are being breached and as this is lack's site it is safe to assume he sees all.

Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.

Admins can see in, but generally keep out and respect people's privacy. It's your playground, other people can't see it, we dont need to be looking in there.

And trust me...admins have enough to do without snooping on clan debates about who has the nicest dice history ;)

[size=16]And for the existing Usergroups out there, if you’d like to change or alter something, similarly fill out an E-Ticket for the Usergroup/Clan Request Dept. with the details included inside and we’ll get back to you!

Regarding existing user groups, some of these are dead as dodos can the dead ones be removed so when someones looks at user groups only active ones can be seen.

PS looks like the ponies will be under pressure to make it with the departure of some of their members they will barely have 10 left, I'm fairly confident they will not be refused admission though

fair enough

I was joking anyway and ye have way more credibility as a clan in my opinion than many of the new applicants that have tried to take over callouts in the last 24 hours.

I did notice that blitz indicated he would only have 10 for the challenge against us as distinct from the 14 indicated above but i'm sure there is an obvious explanation for the difference.

Essentially you could have any number of people (within reason) run your usergroup/clan. This is an internal thing for your clan. But only 1 person will be "moderator" of the group to keep things simple.
