harvmax, you're Captain Garrett-captain of the Enterprise C when it disappeared in a time loop. In the novels about the story we learn that it was her actions in entering the battle to assist the Klingons when they were hopelessly outnumbered and had no way of winning that was a proximate cause of the Kingon Empire becomming allied with the Federation.
