EDIT: I had improperly numbered the Midkemdil and Middle Earth regions, my apologies to anyone who was misled and thanks to Hath for spotting the error. Also, the winner of the Draknor region will play the winner of the Midkemdil region while the winner of the Tamriel region will play the winner of the Middle Earth region.
