Here is my reply:

Note:
- You can choose a footballteam of you're country.
(example: member of Spain can choose a footballteam of Spain, such as Barcelona/Barca).
- You can choose every team of you're nationality if that team is in present day in the top of you're national league. If they're not enough different nationality, then I will consider if anyone of Europe can choose a team in Europe.

So FIRST of all:
If this tournament wasn't started yet (= looking for footballteams), then the nationality goes for European citizen.

But SECOND of all:
This tournament is ALREADY began (nobody was twaddling), so you can't join in.

And THIRD of all:
Stop you're vacation and go on with the map WWII EASTERN FRONT.
