New Take on an Old Classic (Kill Da Wabbit)

I was looking for the actual cartoon with Wagner in the background, but I guess that's all copyright protected, and won't be on YouTube.

However, I found this, and thought it entertaining enough to share here, in case the thought of Elmer Fudd makes you smile as it does me. (fun fast fact: when I was a kid, and a substitute teacher would pass around a piece of paper for everyone to write down their names, I'd always put in Elmer Fudd somewhere. Because I'm cool like that.)

I believe that the original cartoon won an Oscar.

Still can't get sound, so faily pointless me looking at that one.

Still, I guess it means I can't get rick-rolled properly.

Yeah, but there's something wrong. My main (newer) computer is still out. This older one has some probs in the soudn department. The only sound it makes (if I plug the speakers in) is a very rude farty noise when I turn it off.

I was watching a show the other night on television re: Wagner, anti-semitism and Hitler; and I thought of the Bugs Bunny/Elmer Fudd cartoon, and also had a realization regarding the anti-jewish hollywood of the 1950s and the anti-communist blacklist/Mcarthyism of the same era. It certainly made sense at the time; maybe I shouldn't have done all that acid back in the early 1990s, might solve those pesky flashback episodes.

True story, I hadn't taken acid for about six months prior to me taking the LSAT way back when, had a nasty flashback right in the middle of the damn exam, still scored in the 90th percentile, but I had to put my head on the table for 10 minutes or so until it passed.
