THE Off-Topics Forum has always been like this. Every once in a while Lack comes down from his throne in Announcements and changes it.

I'm pretty sure it's been Wicked every time but this one. That's why it's lacking in hatred. ;) (By hatred I mean the mods don't know us well enough to know something that would be quite insulting to us)
