Did Arnold and Bruce really have that much of a rivalry in their heyday? I would think that Sly Stallone and Arnold movies were the co-number one "My action hero can kill more random bad guys than your action hero" movies. I liken their battle at the top to the current "Scott-Land is conqueror! No, sjnap! No, Sco... wait, sjnap!" competition being waged at the top of the CC Scoreboard.
Bruce was more of a sleeper in the category, wasn't he? I mean, he killed a ton of German terrorists, but I never really thought of him as a top contender. First off, I don't think the death toll in his movies ever reached up into the hundreds, a requirement. Second, he seemed like your average, everyday Joe Schmo out there. I like to think of him as the "Indiana Jones" of the genre. He didn't seem invincible, more lucky than bulletproof. Arnold and Sly would walk out into the middle of 30 bad guys, all with fully automatic assault rifles, and wouldn't be touched by a single round.
No, Bruce was a contender, but was constantly filling the third place spot.
