That's an old SNL sketch. It was Will Ferrell, Chris Katan, and Jim Carey in his ONE time hosting (one of the greatest episodes of SNL EVAR!)

I would watch the video all the way through and see if there's another clip you were referring to, but my earballs already hurt and I can't listen anymore, and my eyedrums are tired from the video.
