I love the quote by the superintendent. They never notice anything so long as the rent is always paid in full and on time. There are two things a super will say: Great tenant, or bad tenant. Both translate as: Paid in full and on time, or was late or light here and there.

Yet for some reason, reporters still always get a quote from the super.

I don't know that they won't be held accountable. I bet you can find good reason for a civil law suit for this instance.

I think it was only a 1 story drop, but your logic still stands. it might have been okay if he, you know, had use of his body throughout the fall. He could have tucked his head, tried to deflect with his arms, or any number of other natural instinctive mechanisms that would have reduced his damaging injuries. The tazer only leaves you paralyzed like a sack of potatoes.

Eh, he was standing on the handrail of the fire escape. I rounded up for dramatic effect. You are closer to right, however.
