Ah, the beautiful blue states of the USA...
Well, LA isn't a fun place either....

But, it is true, the blue states are definitely better places to be, especially the west coast...

Pretty funny stuff actually... since the economic shit hit the fan over the course of his terms in office. Maybe he can get a small part in the soon to be released Nailin' Paylin.

Well no. Bush isn't staying; if they weren't kicking him out of the casino, he wouldn't be putting all chips in on this stupid bail-out deal, as well as pissing off Pakistan by trying to get lucky and kill Osama Bin Laden by violating the territorial integrity of an allied nation.

On the other hand, I want to point out... Rudi Guiliani had a similar idea 8 years ago. There was this crisis in NYC called THE ATTACK ON THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. Tens of city blocks were destroyed and/or coverred with ash and debris. 2000+ people ceased to be umployed in the financial district BECAUSE THEY WERE BLOWN UP. When Guiliani went foward to inquire about a waiver of the term limits, the answer by the counsel was, sorry not thanks, you cleaned up the sticking, festering pile of shit that Mr. Dinkins and Mr. Koch left us, and we think your great, but rules are rules. I will be really surprised if they let Bloomberg stay on another term.

And McCain can win if people turn on their brains and start listening to what these guys are actually saying.

Obama just makes no sense the more you listen to him... he is the guy who answers every question with what he things people want to hear, even if the answers are fundamentally incompatible with each other.

There is one presidential candidate who will go charging around Afganistan and Pakistan in an ill-conceived Bush-like manner thinking he is fighting a "smarter" war than everyone else. It's not John McCain.

There is one candidate who believes in the efficiency of the free market. It's not Barack O'Bama.

There is one candidate who respects the idea of minority rights in a democracy. It's not Barack O'Bama.

But Americans won't beleive these things unless the sheep start bleating them. That's how we got stuck with 4 more years of Bush. That's how we'll get stuck with 4 years of O'Bama.

Although I generally support Obama, I think Mc Cain looked a lot better in the most recent debate. Obama was just stuttering wayy too much, and then wanting all these followups which looked very unprofessional.

In case you missed it, he did the same thing at the first debate - he was interrupting McCain and acting very unprofessional.

Americans were too busy looking at those stupid "real time click counters" of what "other people" thought to actually pay attention to what THE CANDIDTATES WERE SAYING/DOING.

Did anyone else notice how after yesterday's debate, many many more people (all interestingly with identical disposable cameras) were eager to have photo opps with Obama. I didn't see much of that with McCain. The "glow effect" of media spin just unbelievable.
