Well I gotta admit that I can't explain it. But it seems more an more UFOs are going mainstream. It all started with those darn Astronauts talking about "being briefed," "being warned about," and "seeing" UFOs. Are UFO's becomeing something that is to discuss?

Could some UFO encounter be legit??? The Soviet Union believed so.

If they are indeed watching us, a likely point at which they would have started was a little while after the nuclear bomb was invented. They could be scouting us out trying to prevent us from causing a nuclear holocaust. However, I'm unconvinced that they are watching us period.

But that first one on your link is just an airplane, and those are the portholes. the rest of the plane is often hard to see.

Well, the first "official" sightings do take place around 1942.
But that is taking a lot into account. There was a butt load more traffic in the air, much of it dangerous.... and a lot of new technologies and tired crews. None the less, some strange crap has been documented.
And like I said, it's the OFFICIAL stance of the Soviet Union that UFOs where from outer space. So that is something to consider. It cannot be so simple to rule out extra terrestrials.

Yeah, image number 6 in that slide show is an old debunked sighting too. Those flares were from oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. The atmosphere can play tricks with light and depth perception, but that's just excess gas being burned off by oil rigs. American pilots see this stuff every day and have recognized what it really is, thus, why you never see alien sightings from American planes in the same area.

However, the video was taken by rookies in an underfunded and nowhere near as well trained air force as the US Air Force.

I bet you those are the same lights I seen last week. I only mentioned one but in actually there was two of them. One was bigger but they both generated many different colors. In your photo, the smaller one seems to have a number of colors to it. Coinidence, I think not.

My Dad and my aunt took these pics, but they weren't paying attention to UFOs, they just wanted to take a pic of the scenery for my aunt's new painting. When they looked at the pics afterward is when they seen they caught something.

Someone from YouTube made the observation that he thought that the blue orb was reflecting the sunlight back against the water vapor in the atmosphere that is above the lake...sounds like a good hypothesis. However, I have seen other videos on the net that have somewhat similar (but not exactly) properties as their pics.
