Homeless numbers 'alarming'

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/200 ... less_N.htm

Monthly job losses cut across 41 states
More than 80% of states reported jobs disappearing in September, with Michigan suffering the highest losses, according to a government report.

"Everywhere I go, I hear there is an increase" in the need for housing aid, especially for families, says Philip Mangano, executive director of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, which coordinates federal programs. He says the main causes are job losses and foreclosures.

The most recent official count, in January 2007, found 671,888 people living on U.S. streets or in shelters, down 12% from January 2005.

Does anyone else think taht this is a conservative number? And certainly it is going to rise in the ccoming months. The part about families is very sad though.

Theses 'hobos' are actually blackwater mercenaries in disguise, infiltrating American cities in readiness for when martial law is declared by the lizardmen at midnight on November 4th. I think I read it on infowars.

So long as they aren't against the Constitution then I don't mind. Though, the Constitution did kinda let them down...
