This was a turn based strategy game released on DOS in 1992. It had map with different terrain. You build an army of cyborgs and do battle to conquer the world. It was similar to Risk with one big difference - winning was not based on random dice but rather on the strength and number of your cyborgs.
The map had different terrain - desert, arctic, forest, volcanic, or cities. Owning a territory would give you money at the beginning of your turn. Cities gave the most money while volcanic gave the least. With this you can build factories which are then used to build cyborgs. You can build small cyborgs quickly or build big Titans.
Playing against the computer was challenging. My strategy was to take the time to build Titans - the biggest cyborgs. This worked well.
I wish that someone would turn this game into website. It was more dynamic then Risk. I also prefer strategy over luck.
