ha. im from sf and this is the worst reported on measure ever...read the facts.

it doesnt legalize prostitution. it only states that if a prostitute is raped and wants to report it, they won't be prosecuted for being a prostitute. as it is now to report it the prostitute is turning them self into jail, so most won't report.
