That's not what was said by strike wolf. There's a known bad history between you and him, and that thread was probably just to draw attention to him being banned, which is a bait in that context. Stop creating umbrella statements like that.

Honestly, I think pimp was as surprised as anyone about his banning and was interested in discussing it. That lock was as ridiculous as any lock Ive seen in my CC stay here, and if legit, the CC forum has officially entered rigor. Quote me, ban me whatever. If its really become this bad, Ive been backing the wrong side all along.

I truly, genuinely and from my heart, hope to the God we all fight about here, that the CC has not sunk to this level. This is certainly just my opinion, and I might be wrong, and I really hope I am.

To lock a thread about a worthy subject, simply because its possible the poster, may have been bating, simply because he is expected to be baiting, because thats what he might do, or could have been doing.....and then actually post this as the justifying reason.....seriously...it might be time to reflect here.

Pimpdave was already made aware previous to that post why John9blue was banned. asking why he was banned was a sarcastic comment and by stating things like "I knew something was wrong when no one called me an asshole and should be killed today" was obviously not meant as a simple questioning why he was gone.

Actually, I think it was a simple questioning of why he was gone, with an obvious joke thrown in for good measure, but defend it however you need too. I think we are just posting our perception of it, and as I said, its the most ridiculous lock I have ever seen. I dont mean this as sarcastic, a bait, or a flame, but as a simple observation, and as possible advice as to a massive mistake.

I think pretty much every post and ever new thread spewed by pimpdave can (and should) be considered baiting.

... or course I am biased.

However to ban John9blue for this one incident when he's one of the most polite posters around is ridiculous. This reminds me of a while back when Phatscotty bumped Pimpdave's 20 baiting threads to draw attention to the spam. Who got banned? Phatscotty. Pimpdave has been baiting for months, maybe over a year now, and yet he hasn't been banned for it.

Summary: if you mess with Pimpdave, you'll be banned.
