Austria leads the way in religious freedoms.

An Austrian atheist has won the right to be shown on his driving-licence photo wearing a pasta strainer as "religious headgear".

Niko Alm first applied for the licence three years ago after reading that headgear was allowed in official pictures only for confessional reasons.

Mr Alm said the sieve was a requirement of his religion, pastafarianism.

Why can't all countries be this accepting of Pastafarianism? This discrimation has got to stop!

As a Reformed New Orthodox Pastafarian, I find this offensive.

As a Liberal Pastafarian, I am appalled at his stringent clothing requirements which he forces upon his own, and I am offended by Symmetry for his lack of appreciation for his fellow Pastafarians.

Since my previous post I have switched to Albanian Reformed P*stafarianism, and now speak for the true faith. I reject anything anyone else says, or has said if not taken with a pinch of salt, as all P*sta should be cooked.

BLASPHEMY! All Pasta should be cooked with a teaspoon of olive oil. Salt only corrupts the spirituality of the Almighty Pasta.

Since my previous post, I have joined the true Pastafarian Church of Western Unity Pastafarianism, and of course reject everything else I've said previously, or believed. I am now sympathetic to your olive oil heresy, and while I still consider it a sin, hope that you will change.

I will pray for you.

I'm not allowed to talk about them until I clear two more levels within my new church, but I'm saving up my money so hopefully it'll be soon.
