I take back what I said, I've never seen a storm like that here. My mother tells stories of how in the past she saw in a couple of ocasions houses to go with the sea, (literally, she says people pointed and said "there goes mrs. lastnname's house!, there goes mr. lastname's house"). But I've never seen anything that bad.

Just a question, but do you guys get tornadoes down in Mexico?

They are rare. I remember watching about one in a northern state but they are not common at all.

Okay. For tornadoes, think a hurricane, but tightly compacted, and will shred through everything in it's path.

Why are you trying to scare me?

Well, they only last 30 minutes or so. The rest is usally rain and hail.

And honestly, for the people in Tornado Alley, it's something they live with. But if you really don't like tornadoes, don't go to Kansas. Seriously. THey've had around 200 tornadoes all going at once throughout the state. Plus, they cook food in a weird way.

Shh! I've snuck back into the library.
When I come out from behind this bookcase, they're gonna find out what I think about their "No jokes without pants" policy.

Glad to see most here seem to have weathered reasonably well. My internet has been down for a week (not storm related -- my computer just chose an inconvenient time to show its age).

Well today we got his with a blizzard. Well sort of. That will teach those damn northern bastards not to vote for the queen of wrestling! They thought they could get away with having plenty of gas. Ha ha.

(Nothern Bastards = The Communitst State of Connecticut)

Since I got gas yesterday I drove into work. Boy that was relatively fun. Watched the snow out the window. Also fun. Had to wipe the snow off the car when I still have the brush in the garrage. (NOT FUN) Had to drive in 20 MPH headwinds filled with snow on an interstate at 40 MPH. (SORT OF FUN IF YOU DON'T MIND GOING SLOW)
