The NYC case brought by DA Bragg: there is an expired misdemeanor that is being packaged and peddled as a felony. For what, a bookkeeping error? That is the heart of an incredibly weak criminal case.

And this goes on while DA Bragg ignores actual violent crimes on the streets of NYC. REALLY?

And in Georgia, there is a likelihood that Fani Willis will go to jail before Trump ever will to answer for her legal misdeeds.

The documents case against Trump is overseen by a prosecutor, Jack Smith, who already has one Federal conviction overturned as actions by an overzealous attorney.

And people deny that there is the POSSIBILITY of a Democrat attempt to deny the POTUS to Trump on "trumped up" and weak legal cases? Really?

Despite Trump's personality and his business deeds (and POSSIBLE misdeeds), those are not on trial. HIS Politics are on trial. ALL this gives credence to many of the arguments that Trrump makes on the campaign trail.

Actually crime rates have steadily gone down in New York City.

"As of 2022, New York City has a murder rate of 6.3 per 100,000. This makes the Big Apple one of the safer large cities in the country. Overall, crime rates continue to go down in New York City. New data released in late 2023 shows an overall decrease in crime — a drop of 4.1% compared to the prior year.Feb 21, 2024

The "star" witness for DA Bragg:
On Monday, on his third day of cross-examination, Cohen also admitted that he had lied to reporters about Trump's alleged affair with Daniels, and also admitted that he stole from Trump's parent company, the Trump Organization. This led to commentators criticizing him, and Bragg in turn for allowing him to testify.

(...)
Po-Trump commentator Rogan O'Handley said Cohen's admission to stealing was "a more severe crime than the BS they charged Trump with."

"Alvin Bragg will go down in history as a Marxist slob," he said.

Donald Trump Jr., one of Trump's sons called the testimony a "clown show."

Alyse Adamson, a former federal prosecutor, told CNN that she was "frankly shocked" by the testimony. "This is a lie that cuts at the heart of the evidence in the case," she said.

Elie Honig, a CNN senior legal analyst said the stealing Cohen admitted to was a "higher degree of felony than what Donald Trump is charged with," which affects his credibility.

Is this what you're talking about?
The Ocean Trails Reserve includes habitat areas restored or preserved by Trump National Golf Course south of Palos Verdes Drive. Conservation easements were placed over the adjacent 54-acre Shoreline Park and 65 acres were restored with habitat for the California gnatcatcher.

When he gets aquitted he will be innocent.
When he gets a guilty verdict its rigged.

When he wins the election its all fair and dandy.
When he loses the election its rigged.

When he wins the Emmy its the greatest price.
When he doesnt get the Emmy its rigged.

I sense a pattern there.

Yeah, nothing is ever his fault, and he's never bad at anything, and he's never lost a contest that wasn't rigged.

One mistake, corrected. NOW, p-rat, take the next 48 hours to correct ALL of YOURS.

Trump is a SORE LOSER. If he accepted HIS loss in November 2023 2020, January 6 would NEVER have happened. That is one of his worst traits, among MANY.

That issue is settled.

Since JP likes to argue how the economy is actually doing doesn't matter, and perception of the economy is all that matters... 56% think he's guilty of crime in this one case alone. Trump is a criminal, so say the american people.

Alvin Bragg 'Obstructed Justice' During Donald Trump Trial—Legal Analyst

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg "obstructed justice" in the criminal hush money case against former President Donald Trump, according to Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett on Friday.

Trump's hush money trial is nearing its final days, with closing arguments expected on Tuesday with the jury then beginning their deliberations to determine if the former president is guilty or not. The high-profile case is the first time in U.S. history that a former president has stood trial in a criminal case.

same source:
He alleged that "Alvin Bragg and Judge [Juan] Merchan worked in tandem as co-prosecutors." In an opinion article earlier this week, Jarrett claimed that Merchan's rulings consistently favor Bragg's prosecution team. (...)
"DA obstructed justice, concealed exculpatory evidence to the grand jury, manufactured this laughable indictment, and then suborned perjury at the trial—they knew Cohen would lie, they wanted him to lie."

The prosecution's case largely rests on Cohen—their key witness. He is a disbarred lawyer who previously pleaded guilty to tax evasion, bank fraud, campaign finance violations, and lyinto Congress. Criminal defense lawyer and former federal prosecutor Rocco Cipparone described Cohen as having a "lot of admitted and unadmitted baggage" in an interview with Newsweek on Saturday.

Opinion: Why Alvin Bragg’s ‘Jackson Pollock’ prosecution is more likely to produce a hung jury

Bragg has achieved the same effect by regenerating a dead misdemeanor on falsifying business records as 34 felony counts. To achieve that extraordinary goal, he has alleged that the document violations (which expired long ago under the statute of limitations) were committed to hide some other crime.

Originally, Bragg vaguely referenced four crimes and there have been months of confusion was to what he was specifically alleging as his criminal theories. Even legal analysts on CNN and MSNBC have continued to question the specific allegations against Trump as we head into closing arguments.

As it stands, there are three crimes that have been referenced by prosecutors: state and federal election violations and taxation violations.

Bragg’s legal vision for non-objective indictments was greatly advanced by Judge Juan Merchan, who will allow the jury to reach different rulings on what crime is actually evident in Bragg’s paint splatters.

(...)
Moreover, Michael Cohen is the sole witness even to address the elements of any of these crimes. Cohen is a convicted serial perjurer and disbarred attorney who appears to have lied again during the trial. Even if they consider his testimony, there is no direct corroboration in evidence on Trump’s intent or knowledge. As a result, the prosecutors will rely on circumstantial evidence to support whichever interpretation the jurors will buy. (...)

That made the canvas itself largely Michael Cohen. All of this is held together by a witness who admitted that he has lied to banks, Congress, prosecutors, business associates, and virtually every creature that has ever walked or crawled on the face of the Earth. He also lied in front of the jury about the critical call where he said that he told Trump about the NDA payment.

The defense showed that that 96-second-long call was to Trump’s bodyguard, Keith Schiller, in late October 2016. It was preceded and followed by text messages that indicated that their conversation was actually about a teenager harassing Cohen.

Moreover, Cohen admitted to making millions by bashing Trump, and that he has a personal interest in his conviction.

You can throw paint on Cohen all day, but it will not cover up the fact that he is a pathological liar and grifter.

(...)
That is why I still believe that a hung jury might even be the most likely possibility.
That may change when we see Judge Merchan’s final instructions. However, the only thing worse in New York than being a Trump supporter is being a chump. To rely solely on Cohen and not even call someone like Weisselberg is to play these jurors as chumps.

Pollock was doing more than just throwing paint at a canvas. As Pablo Picasso said, “there is no abstract art. You must always start with something. Afterward you can remove all traces of reality.” Bragg started with nothing and sold it as a legal abstraction.

another indication of the desperation of the Biden campaign:

De Niro's chaotic Biden campaign conference garners mockery on social media: 'Disaster for Democrats'

Social media users on the right mocked the Biden campaign after it held a chaotic press conference on Tuesday outside the Manhattan courthouse holding former President Trump's criminal trial.

The press conference was headlined by liberal actor Robert De Niro, who stars in a new ad campaign for President Biden. The actor claimed that Trump "wants to destroy" the city and the nation and eventually could destroy the entire world.

Conservatives compared the press conference, which was disrupted by hecklers and a car alarm, to an episode of the satirical HBO show, "Veep."

"The Biden campaign's efforts with Robert De Niro at the Trump hearings today had a very Veep feel to them," Republican strategist Matt Whitlock wrote on X, putting a split screen video of credits of the show next to De Niro's angry appearance.

De Niro was heckled by Trump supporters as he was leaving the podium after giving his remarks. He even got into a shouting match with one man in a MAGA hat who called him a "washed up" actor.

Videos of the interaction spread like wildfire on X.

"De Niro being chased out of his own press conference is epic," one Trump supporter wrote on X. Another added, "New Yorkers hate him! This didn’t go the way he thought it would."

"They decided it would be great idea to show that Biden isn't involved in prosecuting his political opponent by having a press conference outside the NYC courtroom where they also got the date wrong on their media advisory," he posted to X.

"They spent the whole thing getting drowned out by Trump supporters yelling 'FJB' and they had to answer questions such as 'is Trump a threat to all these wars Biden has gotten us in?' Overall a 10/10 morning," he joked.

"It was beautiful!" Juanita Broaddrick added on X. "De Niro’s TDS has metastasized to his brain. He has dual citizenship in Italy. He can move there after November."

"Robert De Niro convinced a total of 0 people to vote for Biden today," Trending Politics co-owner Collin Rugg claimed.

Robert De Niro was not chased off. I saw multiple videos of Robert De Niro and the 2 DC cops who were there on January 6th.
By the way, the heckler was calling the DC cops traitors, one of which suffered multiple injuries including brain trauma. We know who the real traitor is.

Jusplay4MAGA, your many repeated attempts to make President Biden and anyone who support him, as buffoons
is just you yelling squirrel. Trump is the sleepy guy who can't stay awake at trial. As the election day gets closer more and more Americans are awakening to the fact, that Trump is a danger to democracy and The Constitution.
