I'm a cocktail fan. Have to say except for spirits based on anise I like everything. Got a nice collection of whiskeys at home and pretty much all sorts of liquor for making cocktails.
Favourite cocktails : whiskey sour and swimmingpool (white rum, vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice, cream and cocosmilk)
Allthough I'm Belgian and have a big choice in French wines my favourite red wine is American : 1000 stories zinfandel. Google it, nice story behind it too.
Favourite gins : Hendricks, X-gin, Monkey 47 and tanqueray Sevilla
