Hey, Bosh carried the Raptors back when he was with them too. The difference is that KG has a killer attitude while Bosh is a lot more subtle, which works against him.

Stats wise, they're pretty damn close. Bosh averages about a half a point more than KG in his career while KG gets 1.5 more bounds and .5 more blocks. If KG is a sure-fire hall of famer, then Bosh has to be close.

Well I think KG has a longer track record, and I'm not saying Bosh isn't good, but I think the lack of intensity is what makes me really hate him. And he looks like a raptor. Sorrynotsorry

That's because Garnett is a good eight years older than Bosh.

Also, +1 for the raptor comment. Glad I wasn't the only one to see the resemblance to his old mascot.

The fouls in the Heat-Celtics were stinky. But it looks like we've at least got another week of playoff games in this Round, and I don't necessarily mind that. :)

All Home Court wins so far in the Conference Championships.
Both the Thunder and Celtics will have to solve that to advance.

Spurs blink first as the Thunder hang on in the 4th Quarter
for a third straight win and a 3-2 lead in the West Finals.

That game was sort of sloppy and all over the place. At first it seemed the officials were blowing their whistle at something on every play. And both teams were making runs and losing ground throughout each quarter.

Anyways, so Manu was having a terrific night, and I thought of a fun image I was going to post here if they won. But they didn't, but I'll post it anyways:

Look forward to next game, to see if the Thunder can make it 4 in a row.

Terrible closing. I hate how Bosh was sitting...we needed him on the floor.

f*ck, now we have to go to Boston and steal one.

Thunder and Celtics both get two cracks at winning Conference Championships
on their home courts.

I think I trust the Thunder more than the Celtics to close out their series, but we'll see.

I don't know. Experience goes a long way and the Celtics are a hell of a lot more experienced than the Thunder.

But hopefully Bosh gets big minutes in Boston because we'll need him. If we lose this series, especially in six, Spoelstra is gone. People will be calling for his head after benching Bosh in the fourth yesterday.

And the Spurs aren't as experienced if not more than the Celtics?

I trust the Thunder more so than the Celtics.

Considering most of the games in both series have been close
anything is possible. The Spurs & Heat are certainly capable of
winning two in a row... but the Thunder & Celtics are definitely
capable of getting it done in their game sixes.

Spurs lead at halftime by 15 but it doesn't hold up
and the Thunder win the west.

So utterly surprising. Spurs looked on their game the entire time. They go from winning 20 or so straight to 4 straight losses in the playoffs.

Thunder are just fun to watch.

Jackson's 3 pointers were killer for a while. I thought he might be able to keep the Thunder at arms-length, but Durant and Westbrook like usual got going in the 3rd and 4th quarters, and Harden and Fisher had some big points as well near the end.

Lebron with an absolutely ridiculous performance. I love how after yesterday's game, people were calling Durant the best player in the game.

And now we have Lebron's rebuttal. I hope Miami wins game 7, not only because I'm a Heat fan, but just to see a Durant/Lebron match-up. There's a good chance both of their heads will explode.

I was sort of disappointed by Wilbon when he said on PTI that if the Heat beat the Celtics in this series, the Thunder would beat them in 5 games.

I definitely think it'd go 7, when you consider last year the Heat took the Mavs to 6 games when the Thunder got beat in 5 and how they split the season series 1-1 in this season.

durant > james in terms of killer instinct

as an athlete, james is def better, and maybe he's better overall at basketball, but i'd rather have a game 7 with durant than james

I don't know about the killer instinct part of it. Durant is by far a better shooter and overall scorer, but Lebron can do things on both ends of the floor with a more aggressive nature.

In a complete game, I'd definitely take James (I'm biased though) but if it were a final shot or final minute or two, I'd take Durant.

Now I'm watching post game reactions by the NBA Countdown guys, and they're acting like this is the first time Lebron ever pulled through in the playoffs.

I don't get why people always seem to forget how absolutely dominate Lebron was back in Cleveland. Like, against the Pistons, when he scored 25 straight fucking points for his team. Lebron's problem has always been that he's never had a good enough team to help him. He might not have a good enough overall team behind him, but at least he has Bosh and Wade to help him if he goes cold on scoring.
