If you want to travel to Nairobi and start shrieking slurs at random people on the street, that's probably indicative of some deeper pathology, and you would deserve whatever you have coming, but it's still racism due to the broader history of colonialism (both imperial and economic) and your apparent belief that non-whites are inferior I guess? I do not know what other reason why you would have an urge to do this. Is this some sort of holdover from your military career?
