its a program called Running Start...basically, because we have three college type schools in our fine town thing... (Western Washington University, Whatcom Community College, and Whatcom Technical College) we go to either the Community College, or the Tech College, and you take classes like World History, science courses, basically all core classes at the college, and get college credits, and high school credits at the same time...

That definetely sounds like it's going to help a lot.

lucky, the closest thing I get to a "running start" in college is a 2 week summer workshop, but it costs over $1000 :shock:

that would be my exact thoughts...but because of how much we pay to go to the school to begin with, the colleges cut their prices...
