I really have to give credit to Puff here for dealing with Caleb for so long. Puff had a good thing going but after everything Puff would say Caleb would object like he wanted more power. After it was 100% democratical Caleb wanted there to be a higher jury to make bigger decisions but after Caleb wasn't chosen to be on the jury that changed every month, btw, he pretty much started the revolution there.
