Nah, just watched it again on MotD2 (ah the joys of sky+) and going by "The Laws of the Game" the ball only needed to be between one hand and the ground and it clearly was! if you're trying to say he at no point even had one hand on it you're way off...
Also, again according to MotD2 owens goal went in 1 second after what they timed the extra bits adding up to, as I put earlier, that's not far off!
