Why do Republicans always attempt to take away what little left of benefits from the poor, minorities, disabled and other unworthy Americans? Yep and let's continue giving tax breaks to the rich, while making the working poor pay more.

Republicans have to play the race card [lazy welfare queens and socialists], the GAY card [even though many strong anti-gay right Republicans get caught in compromising positions with other guys] and other social issues like birth control and pro-choice. This helps them deflect their lack of a plan to help the working class.

Republican plan for the economy? More deregulations and more tax cuts, preferably for the rich as they know what's best for the peasants.

Can we make it a rule here? If you plan on attacking one of the two major parties or candidates, you must also talk about the other party and whether you support/oppose their policies or whether or not they have released their records or whether or not they did XYZ bullshit thing 20 years ago in college.

No way, you played the race card! You pointed at a crowd of black and elderly Americans and said 95% of them are on the dole!

It's a fascinating series of events. Liberals fought conservatives for all sorts of benefits that we take for granted like women's suffrage and the 40 hour work week. Then we slowly expanded these benefits with programs like welfare and medicaid. These systems have their share of problems, and need some support, yeah. But ten years ago the Conservative party tanked our economy, meaning a sh*tload more Americans have been forced to take advantage of welfare programs. And because the super-rich that float the Conservative party have all the money now, even those few Americans who aren't on welfare know that they aren't far from needing it themselves. And somehow the conservatives want to claim that since they tanked the economy, we can't afford welfare anymore. And on top of their attacks on the poor and shrinking middle class; Our beloved Republican congressmen have voted over 30 times to repeal Obamacare, yet haven't tried to pass a single jobs bill.
This is going to backfire and bite them in the ass so hard.

If that's true now, it's probably only true because you've already taken away so much that there's little left to take.
