That fact doesn't unequivocally support the "inside job" theory though does it? There's several inferences that you could draw from it, some of which do, and some of which don't, support your theory... but claiming that those words are an admission of conspiracy is just a bit overeager.
Also, that passage of text doesn't answer the question which Jay is so frantically dodging, which is why he's so willing to close his eyes and trust faceless hearsay (then pass it off as 'research'), when he spends his waking hours railing about not trusting anything which might be a lie.
