Ok, So there was no real "hacking" just impersonation. Is Yahoo in trouble on this one?

Also, I'm a little torn on this too. As far as I'm concerned these "potential" Emails are stolen, ans how do you trust a hacker? But then again, if she is trying to get around the law using her Yahoo account, screw her(not a pun, no Milf jokes please). I dunno. Screw them both?
