Maybe we are making progress in the area of "being able to even talk about it"
Guiliani is just saying "maybe," and he's no expert on making worthy predictions such as these.

Why not hold an investigation on the radicalization of American Christians?
Those sign-toting freaks telling people that they'll go to hell for being gay or for drinking alcohol are insane. They have small strongholds in backwater towns (sleeper cells?), and since it's the American countryside, they're bound to have plenty of guns.
These groups should seriously be investigated.
