Aegnor never mentioned anything about a no lynch. The only mention of no lynch in regards to Aegnor's post was by The1exile, which you then immediately accepted without question as your own rationale for a vote.

This suggests either a lack of thought or duplicity, and further suggests you and The1exile might be working together.

D'oh, replace The1exile with Syzygy in the above. I managed to transpose posters in my head. :(

Anyway, my point stands.

VOTE Mandy for freaking out when Aimless literally did nothing more than offer no lynch as a possibility.

I guess that voting on Day 1 really helps differntiate the scum from the rest.

FOS Lion listening to his evil ways.

Dang it, Mandy, I never said anything about wanting a No Lynch. In fact, I explicitly said that I was in favor of random bandwagons on Day 1.

What I did say was that this forum routinely screws up lynches by not giving the lynchee time to claim, and that it was better to no lynch than it was to lynch without hearing a claim first.

Ok, I guess I did overact a bit, but I was in an agressive mood yesterday. Plus, Lion voted No Lynch because he said that he agreed with you and I feltthat I should rather vot an expirienced player who gave the advice then voting the new guy who took it.

Finally, after re-reading your post and your reaction to my vote I came to understand that you made a good point (wich I missed when I red your post for the first time) about "droping the hammer when you don't belive in it". I did it a couple of times and I agree that a No Lynch is preferable (as long as it isn't Day 1) to a Lyn-for-the-sake-of-lynching (a lynchpourlynchism if you will  ).
All that being said unvote
Fircoal&The Hang Gang :P : I think that my point against random voting has been proved by the fact that my Non-random vote against Aimless sparked much more constuctive discussion then all the random votes combined. So, there! [-(
I'll now go and re-read this last few pages carefully to see how's it hanging.

Keep in mind that I gave a single first vote, not expecting others to immediately gang up on you.

Reading your post earlier (when you responded to Mandy) it seemed you were advocating a no lynch, thus I voted.

Your defence is decent and you make a good points. So I'll unvote you and vote someone else suspicious just now. I want to first read through some of the posts.

No, you copied Syzygy's post in wich he says that Aegnor is "advocating no lynch" (wich isn't true, 'cause Aegnor voted me because he thought that I am lynch-happy (To wich I respond: "Hang them high! ).
FOS jnd for not reading carefully, but instead following others (I can't call it bandwagoning since it was only the 2nd vote, but it's still supicius).

Now something I allways wanted to do  :FOS MODS All three of you have miraculasly dissapeard for the last three pages. Not only that but:
Extra FOS MOZ for blatantly submarining (I think he has only one post so far)
and Extra FOS AK since he still haven't explained that No Lynch vote.
Since we are closing in to the phase in wich we decide who is the winner of the rope-tie for Day 1, I will wait for the four of you to respond before making any decisions (since I'm not much of a Decider :D )

I've been busy the last 10 hours, so thats why I haven't posted.
And don't expect moz to post until Monday, like we already said earlier in the thread, he doesn't log in on the weekends usually.

The reason for my no lynch vote? I haven't had time to read the whole thread because of all the worthless crap that went on for the first 10 pages, and since it was a 48 hour day phase, and it was already past the 30 hour or so mark and I wouldn't have been back before the deadline. I voted no lynch because I had nothing to base a real vote off of yet.
At least some discussion has taken place since then, and once I go back and read through, I will change my vote.

Mod, thanks for changing the time limit the first time, but some people use the deadlines as part of their strategy, so it helps if you don't change it so much.

Also, people with the huge banner signatures, could you please remove the tags so it doesn't take up half the screen for each of your posts? After the game you can just add the tags back.

They could just untick the little box that says "Attach Signature".

I think Moz is usually away for the weekends. Doesn't mean he's not submarining and isn't scum, but I wouldn't FOS him right now.

Interesting arguments all around.

I won't have time to talk much today, but I'm going to mull it over and post a vote most likely tomorrow/Monday.

I don't have a banner put it's still a pic in my sig. As for removing it, I'd rather not, because I just put it on today. (or really yesterday.)

Damn, seems you guys are voting or FOSing everyone that posts. sheesh. It was virtually impossible to follow all that. Maybe I'm just too tired. I'm out of town for the weekend, which I believe I already stated (if not, apologies), just got to the hotel, but will be heading out to dinner soon. Don't expect too much posting from me this weekend, sorry.

No. I said it was better to have a no lynch than a lynch you don't believe in.

Okay now I get it. I guess I misinterpreted your post.

I've been gone all day. I'll have to re-read more of what I missed. There is a lot of FOS going on that I'm still trying to organize it all.

Unvote No Lynch

I hope I can get better at this quicker because it seems to be going pretty fast.
