I decided that to play halo I need to switch to something more resembling the Left 4 Dead controllers so that I don't accidently sticky everyone while trying to melee.

When I first started playing, I kept trying to press a buton so that I would reload faster. Ended up wasting grenades.

I keep joking with my friends when we're playing even now. "coming to help. Hope you don't mind getting stickied.."

Though, by the latter half of the game, I was blowing brutes away with the gravity hammer, popping grunts in the head with pistols (they finally brought the scope back for those!), blowing jackals up with grenades, and bitch slapping buggers with the brute shot.

It was an enjoyable game, except for the constant freezing which forced me to stop playing it. A similar game, is Saints Row 1 & 2. Except your part of a gang. And with funny as hell parts.

That actually does make sense. by the way you never responded to that message I sent you.

You're right. Sorry.
It's a long while since i read that book, i'd have to reread to comment.
Incidentally, do you realize the significance of the mask which he wears? I mean, what sort of mask it is? (It occurred to me that this might not be obvious to non-brits)

It's Guy Fawkes mask. I don't know all the details but I do know that on November 5th some odd centuries ago he tried to blow up the House of Parliament as protest of England turning away from Catholicism or something like that. I guess you can fill in the holes that I left out and correct any mistakes I made.

No, you're good. it's just that we're throwing a Guy Fawkes party this year and nobody knew what we were on about. I don't think the allusion is to the religious thing, just the opposition to an oppressive government.

Yeah the allusion is definitely to the oppressive government.

I've realized a pretty good strategy for multiplayer after you've been stickied. I call it "suicide mode". I got stickied by a grunt and ran shooting into a brute with a fuel rod who had been giving us trouble and blew up in his face.By the way, one of the most epic deaths that we've had is someone tried to Stickie the hammer brute (which you can't do) and he thought he got him but it was stuck to the end of the hammer so when he stopped to celebrate...BOOM! hammered and blown up all at once.

red because the opposite of blue is red. Plus if it was a gold moon that would be gold and blue. Which is too close to gold and navy. My least favorite team in the country wears those colors.

Azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzctually that is in no visible way what I have proclaimed. What I mean to say is that it's time reevaluate my statement analyzing it to make sure that it is completely 100% accurate rather than perhaps only being 99.9% accurate. Actually the very concept that when this political felinian upheaval is finished that one such as you would attain the generous status of leader of the world disregarding whatever rebellions would rise up to fight this is simply laughable. In the reality that I have crafted with my own two hands, it would be that would siege the marbled throne siezing it from the evil feline ruler that currently sits on that royal platform.

oh sorry i must have dozed off again

I remembe on Donkey Kong Country 3. there used to be a boss I couldn't beat...Barbos. He was the second to last boss and maybe the most difficult in the game running a close second to the final boss. Anyways I used to not be able to beat that boss and I got so frustrated that I put down the game and didn't play it again for almost three years but after a while I was looking for a game to play and was a bit bored with my limited amount of N64 games so I went into the basement found it, at the bottom of the pile of games and put it in. You know what? I went back and it only took me 2 tries to beat Barbos.
