I hate that effin song.
There was a guy who used to frequent the same pub as me at the time who insisted on putting it on the jukebox repeatedly.
he also liked Johnny Cash.
I forget his name, I always thought of him as the "dull boring drunken bastard".

strike wolf wrote:It's time for strike's long over do video game of the week.
this week's video game is....
Left 4 Dead 2.
Left 4 Dead 2 is quite possibly (and is in my opinion) the best zombie shooting game ever thought up. WHat sets L4D2 apart is the smooth and entertaining game play as well as an advanced AI generator to make sure that the experience is never the same twice with randomly generated zombies, randomly placed weapon (not always the same weapons found either), randomly summoned hordes and special infected throughout the map and now even parts of the map change every time you play as well as various strategic obstacles to get by. Basically L4D2 is everything that was good about the first game and more. Definitely a game that's meant to be played multi-player. Only real problem with the game is playing with computer teammates (they won't shoot you but they're also horribly inaccurate and will often waste health.)
Best gun: Sniper rifle followed by the combat shotgun (strongest gun with exception of the grenade launcher (I gues not technically a gun) but very short range and fairly limited ammo (100 vs 180 on the Sniper))
Best Melee weapon: katana (fast and can take out multiple zombies at a time)
Hardest Special infected: the tank and the wandering witch top this list however I'll give the jockey special mention for being difficult to deal with (jumps on your head and will lead you into danger while damaging you).
The Wolf has Spoken.

I'm not sure what all I have told you about my stepmother in here. Basically, she was more of a mother to me than my natural mother. Raised me from the age of 9. Anyways, she has been battling lung cancer for the last 3 years. Never smoked a cigarette, no drinking, clean church living... This morning she passed away at 10am. Her suffering escalated dramatically earlier this year, with labored breathing and constant coughing. In fact, one time she broke 3 ribs from coughing so much. Cancer spread past her lungs into the ribs.
She was only 53 years old and will be sorely missed. Everytime I run a race and I feel the pain of my breathing or the burning legs, I will think of what she had to live with these last few years and realize that my pain I am feeling that moment is NOTHING compared to what she had to endure just to live another second. I hereby dedicate all my remaining important races in her honor.
I will be taking a short leave of absence from here. I expect no sympathy or other kinds of attention from you all. I like everyone here, even Jimbo, and will be back to my old self soon enough. Take care of the fort guys.

Obviously you haven't played Assassin's Creed 2 yet. Just rented it and that is an addicting game. Combat is a LOT better then the first one, so is the overall game.
