Anyone eaten horse?

Not a great deal of it, but what I tried was surprisingly pleasant.

Kind of like a lighter more subtle version of beef, which I guess is exactly what you ought to expect really.

I've eaten cow brains, spongy but well seasoned here in West Africa.
