Do them exactly in my instructions not the typical pushup. Athleticism has nothing to do with these puppies...You were estimating, do them how I said and prove to yourself

Look at this crazy workout I endured today, for legs and abs.
-30 minutes, nonstop - i.e. only time to switch exercises.
-lay on back. put legs on top of medicine ball. hold butt up and using hamstrings, pull ball towards my head, then back out. 15 reps.
-Lunges, with 10 pound dumbells, each hand, across a basketball court and back.
-My trainer holds a rope, both ends. I grab the middle. I squat and using legs pull him while he's resisting some, across the court. On the way back I push him, with his weight on me (260 pounds) as hard and fast as possible.
-take an elastic rope and grab the two edges while sitting on knees, like a helped pushup position. Put the elastic rope (middle part) under my foot and kick outward and up. This works hams and gluts.
ALL OF THE ABOVE FOR A CYCLE OF 3. I was dripping sweat first time in my life and was only halfway finished.
THEN: Superset (3 sets, rotation) between these 2 for abs:
(A) Leg lifts. With a weighted ball between my feet. 12-15 reps.
(B) Sit on the edge of bench. Lean back some and hold feet straight ahead of you, in the air. Pull the legs towards the abs and back. 12 reps.
Damn. I'm going to be crippled tomorrow.

Not sure what happend to the 5k time thread, but I did slightly over 3 kilometres in 8 minutes so not sure what my 5k time would be.
