Third link,
There were rumours that a Nephilim attacked US soldiers in a remote location in Afghanistan.

Regarding the recent "find"

What do those have to do with that?

And how many references can you find here? http://www.stevequayle.com/Giants/artic ... mball.html

Well for starters they explain that all of these "giant skeletons" are fake.
"Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice skate uphill."

Duane: You know what they say about love and war.
Tim: Yes, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's war.

Did PLAYER not say Its fake referring to an image with an Afghani guy and a soldier?

There might be some hoax type skeleton images on page 5, but how about try to seperate the wheat from the chaff if there's both?

I can relate to that as i have a case myself, but i back up my attacks on such. If "everything" he's posted is "sketchy and easily disproven" then you shouldn't have any trouble disproving it.

Again, i'd like to see some intelligent refutation on the giant skeletons.

Honibaz

Are you serious.?
There are no real 10 foot skeletons. There are reports, but nothing that has ever been verified and most of what is cited as "truth" is plain fiction.

Here is one refutation. but if you can some up with something half-way credible, I would be happy to look at it.
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/ce/3/part2.html

here is another refutation. This time outright fraud.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1942995/posts

Anthropologists and historians accept it is possible that giants existed somewhere in our ancestry. However, there has never been any real, credible, concrete evidence. Many scientists believe that the "giants" were really just what we would call normally healthy people. The Vikings, for instance, had a much more varied diet than the average person on the English coast back then. Or, they might be references from smaller groups (pygmies exist today, even) to people we would call "normal" sized.

Or, they might just be war-time exaggerations. Who wants to go home to the sweetheart and brag about defeating the skinny, starved weakling?

So you and rocket provide a couple sites that say one or two photos are fake - strangely enough these sites were no more "credible" than the site that said it had genuine pictures. How about something from a site that is connected with a reputable archaeologist and/or other authority. As far as any hoax goes, are you ready to throw your evolutionary beliefs out the window because of the Piltdown Man?

Your allegation that there have never been any giant skeletons uncovered because it's not in the Guinness World Book of Records is ludicrous at best. I've seen reports and pictures of skeletal remains over the past 50 years - well before these internet frauds. I don't know whether such remains are real or not, which is why i asked for an intelligent refutation. Instead i get a couple fly by night sites, rocket ranting about the tooth fairy, and finally your scholarly citing of the Guiness World Book of Records. Thank you so much for that "intelligent refutation".

Ok i just checked on Wickipedia under "giant skeletons". It lists a number of documented finds of such - so much for Player's "never any giant skeletons found". Perhaps she misunderstood the Guinness entry of "Tallest Known Human" to include ancient remains of such, who knows?

So my question remains - why do scientists turn a blind eye to these discoveries instead of taking avid interest in such a fascinating subject?

Btw, still waiting on that elusive "intelligent refutation".

Sure. Also because giant men can not actually exist. Getting much higher than 9 or 10 feet is going to fucking kill you because our biology can't be done at that point. Eventually the legs will just crack, the aorta will rupture and all types of other nasty shit will happen.

Simply increasing the size doesn't work, psychics is a hell of a thing to try to ignore.

Yes but if you dig deeper into this theory, you'll find that it goes hand in hand with a more oxygen-rich environment. See, pre-flood, the atmosphere was thicker, the 'hyperbaric chamber effect", which caused massively sized creatures, such as the dinosaurs, huge plants, and human giants.

Man, I love how you check wikipedia and then fail to note that that list misses some little things like uhm...citations?

"Allegedly" and "supposedly" are not good words when you're talking about proof of human giants.

There were citations on at least 3 of those cases - missing some little things like uhm . . . reading comprehension skills?

Uh.....that wouldn't change anything. The only way legs of giant men wouldn't break is if the gravity was lower.

I understood that trying to cool a 10' human was what restricted our size to around 6' tall. It wasn't so much the height, but the mass that became difficult to cool with our current anatomy.
