That's some computer class to require 60 wpm. Unless their definition of WPM is different that what I'm used to.

Okay, three things to comment on. First, 165 WPM is three words a second. Second, I have lots of practice. I've been typing since I was roughly 5. I type fast, and I only get 80-90. So, unless there is a different metric being used than the one I know about, 165 is really hard to believe. I've never even heard of someone typing that fast.

I can believe (and have heard of), professional typists pushing 100 WPM. 165?

And, the third thing to comment on is - mistakes count. Maybe if you don't count mistakes I could believe 165 WPM. If I just spammed my fingers as fast as possible in a somewhat word like manner I might be able to pull it off.

Ah well, whatever. Like I said, there probably is a different metric or something being used.
