ok i have a problem i live in jersey(chanel islands) we got treated like shit in the war by the germans and i am scottish (we get treated like shit of the english parlament) who should i shout for.

Okay, Americans, you can stop talking about football now. Take your fickleness back to your "other sports", as stated by THORNHEART earlier. After all, you're amazing at everything, and needn't concentrate your efforts into one sport.

sorry i want spain (best mod edit i've had so far) i i have been to 32 countrys.and the spanish mod edit and mod edit so good i am mod edit so well i9 fill a bucket. after that they mod edit so hard you think it gonna fall off. then the 3 somes they are best

Whelp was rooting for US today but great job Ghana. What idiot said they hadnt heard of tennis and golf outside of the US? I dont want to have to go all the way back to it haha. US have always been very competative in tennis. Ever heard of Roddick? Blake? Mcenroe? Goodness gracious. Do u know where golf was made. On a differing note i think my ancestors of Scotland were just toying with us. Golf backwards is flog and i feel like im getting one every time i play. Anyways...... Me. If you watched the previous games, ie Ghana vs Australia, we were down a man for an hour and we still dominated the game,created more chances, came closer to winning and did not concede.

But I guess your defense aint as good as I thought.

Well, both my teams are out (France and U.S.). I was able to catch the first half and the last 15 minutes of the second half, but wasn't able to see the U.S. goal and the 2nd Ghanaian one (of course...).

I think I'm going to root for Portugal now...

I didn't take too much notice of Uruguay until some random sports commentator last night mentioned how they only qualified for the 1930 and 1950 World Cup, but managed to win the championships both times.
Maybe they'll get a secret weapon to help them in the quarter-finals...

Seeing how France and Italy screwed up their games, I have a strange feeling that 4 South American countries will go into the semi-finals.
It sounds absurd, but its quite possible with Brazil's renewed performance (compared to their last World Cup, *sigh) and improvements from the other teams.
