I think he is down, actually. 6 votes, and 11 alive. I wouldn't blame anyone for dropping the hammer though since some, like me, may have been working off the front page.

truth be told, with moz not being quite as active im not sure when that line of defense would have come. I dont think anyone is necesarily thrilled about the idea of a lynch without a claim, but going into a weekend, who knows when we would have gotten it, and theres already a line in the possiblity that he comes up as a pro town role.
