He is not currently violating any rules, however annoying he may seem to you, so there is no reason to ban him and any mod that is even slightly objective sees that.

I've heard of times where moderators were less objective. I would not like that to happen again.

I see that. I even have admitted it in a few posts. That's the problem with the whole deal. He stops, he thinks how can he bother the most his target without crossing the line, and make them cross the line. That's why I'm appealing to judgement.

Woodruff and me is a good example, he almost got maxfaraday banned too, and very likely will get PS and NS soon. And me again of course.

What I try to tell you all is .. what kind of person would do that? I mean, we have a community here, where we have fun, argue and all, and his only objective here is to bother others.. why?

He has, since I have been showing every one his modus operandi, made some "innocent" posts, he's trying to add good evidence to his side.

But in his Mcgill group he's like "he you guys, you saw this guy reacted to this?", or "hey, did you see that post, that guy is such a troll". It's like Mcgill is his family and we are the rest, and he tries to misbehave here to be accepted by his family.

I'm calling for judgement here.

To even try to claim that those threads are equivalent is bankrupt. Going around claiming anybody who disagrees with you is a violent racist and posting random stories that aren't even affiliated with the group he claims to be violent and racist is blatant trolling, yet it's protected (and encouraged). Yet you're equating that with links describing someone's policies that are expanding the power of government and stating that the person in question is a socialist (which can actually be demonstrated by growing the power of the government). If the one actually wanted to tie racism and violence to a group, he could post factual threads about Occupy Wall Street events. There's no need to make up the charges related to the Tea Party (who he hates because they want financial responsibility).

Yeah, you need to go back and reread your posts and see if calling someone a name is trolling or baiting or whatever. I understand why pimpdave's posts annoy you; they annoy me too. And I'm sure plenty of my posts annoy people and plenty of yours to do. I'm not interested in banning people who annoy me.

At best, pimpdave and Phatscotty are constantly (like every day) posting annoying political threads calling a group of people morons or racists or socialists or communists or reverse racists or whatever for politically motivated reasons.

I don't want to ban anyone or stop anyone from posting ever. I especially don't want to do that on threads that people don't have to read or respond to if they can maintain self-control. Especially when those threads don't have anything ban-worthy in them.

I'm pretty sure the Tea Party loves bankruptcy laws because it means that the free market is working: picking and choosing which businesses succeed and fail based on the products they provide.
