If Jedis and Sith were are so in touch with the Force, how come there's so often only one of them left?

List of canonical "last" Jedi- Obi Wan Kenobi, Yoda (who I guess cancels out Obi Wan), Luke Skywalker, Rey...

List of last Sith- pretty much all of them unless their master kills them or they get killed first.

It just doesn't seem like either side of the Force has a good coaching plan in place.

Look, all I'm saying is that, historically, if you sign up to be a Jedi or a Sith, then likely you'll either be the last Sith or Jedi, or be killed by the last Sith or Jedi. At best, you'll be taken out by the second best.

It just doesn't seem like a good idea.

Seriously, Solo looks like a smart movie in comparison.

This made me think: why did I NOT enjoy Solo as much? There was very little (if any) of the Force involved.

That is a big part of the "magic" of Star Wars, IMO.

Not just you, the lighting in this movie was always dim. Nighttime, interior and cloudy scenes were constant

It was definitely a movie that catered to people who preferred the Star Wars universe in general over the Force stuff in particular- people who prefer Han Solo over Luke Skywalker.

I don't think it did a great job at the latter, but it was fun as the former.

I actually like Hobie Doyle. Not sure why he's in this.

He just hot wired a speeder. As in ten gauge wires rubbed together with an arc and everything.

Addition : 2 hours later (pause for a few breaks) nothing lame has happened. It's about an 8 so far.
