----------- I was working the night shift at the Shell Gas station in Corktown... Across the street from Old Tiger Stadium....The Tigers were playing the Toronto Blue Jays...The Game Ended....4 Young Canadians came in to the Station...Their car broke down....They were on a double date...The girls got the news of Diana...Were crying....The boys making arrangements, because of the car...ouch!what a double date gone wrong....One of the boys asked me about Diana...I told him, it is sad...She was a nice lady....But , I said the same thing, I said about Lizzie II... America has nothing to do with the British Royal Family... America got rid of them long ago...
