To be fair, there are a couple things that the Jan. 6th Committee should’ve revealed…

1) The “Q Shaman” was generally peaceful, and it appears he was actually escorted/directed by cops.
This could’ve given him a plausible defense in a Trespassing case.

Though he did write a threatening note and did put himself out there as the “face” of the riot.

2) There is no evidence the cop was bashed by a fire extinguisher..
He did die, but the coroner declared it “natural causes”… maybe a heart attack or similar peripherally associated with attack but not directly related to the attack. So the initial story is a bit exaggerated.

Neither of these omissions proves there WASN’T an attempted insurrection. There was.
There was absolutely people organized and ready to commit violence in an attempt to influence the certification process.

This omission is just a failure on the Democrats part to appreciate and trust the American people.
It shows they ARE willing to ignore facts that don’t fit the narrative and stupidly it gives Republicans ammo that the Dems should have denied them by being more forthright/forthcoming earlier. There may be some other stuff but those two tidbits are likely the most damaging to the Dems narrative… and really they don’t change the story so there was no real reason to not be more forthright.
