1 year away, election 2024 predictions

Postby Lonous on Mon Nov 06, 2023 9:59 pm

Trump will not win. He won't even be on the ticket.
BIDEN.. will also not win. He too won't even be on the ticket.

It will come down to Gavin Newson with Gretchen Whitmer as his VP candidate
vs
Ron DeSantis, with Nikki Haley as his VP.

All 4 of them are establishment, but Desantis and his state are less of a fustercluck than Californistan is.

So Biden is not on the ticket because...what? I guess he either drops out or dies. Perhaps not that different...

And if that happens, Newsom, who has no intention to run is suddenly going to change his mind, run, and shoot to the head of the pack.. hmm.
...and what about Kamala Harris? I don't think she will just disappear.

Anyway, it doesn't matter.
If they prevent Trump from running, we'll be in the midst of Civil War II and the elections will be postponed indefinitely due to martial law and/or general chaos.

I think Newsom wants to run, he wants it bad. He just understands the party is standing by Biden until Biden dies/withdraws.
Kamala is among the least popular vice-presidents ever, which is kinda impressive. I don't forsee her being handed the golden ticket by the party just because she's a vice. But f*ck, who knows. I appreciate anyone who has the stones to make an actual prediction we can look back on and mock a year from now.

Biden will continue to run for re-election. The same goes for Trump.

Biden will win by a larger proportion then in 2020, by popular vote and electoral vote.

If these indictments go through before election day, i sincerely doubt Trump would be able to run, much less win.

TONIGHT

No surprises.

In Virginia: It's looking like Democrats will HOLD the Senate (though possibly with a slightly diminished majority), while Republicans may HOLD the House of Delegates.

In Kentucky: Democrat Beshear will HOLD the governorship, though Democrats were wiped-out in every other office.

In Ohio: A constitutional amendment was passed protecting abortion, which is a crypto-win for Republicans since it removes it as a campaign issue next year.

Democrats will take the crypto wins.

I don't see any GOP cheers.

Will we see a new RNC head?

Democrats won everywhere but Mississippi and there are lots of videos circulating of election shenanigans against Blacks voting there.

The Sunday school teacher Karens trying to take over school districts and banning books and removing embarrassing facts about Black history and gays from schools seem to have lost in about 49 out of 50 races.

In Virginia, it looks like Democrats captured both houses.

I was sorry to see Virginia Gibson narrowly defeated 51 to 59% after the GOP sent unsolicited porn photos in envelopes to voters showing some scenes from videos she and her husband had posted on a pay-per-view site. She may have a good civil lawsuit against the party.

"The Republican Party of Virginia sent mailers to voters that contained screenshots. The envelopes warned recipients that explicit materials were contained inside and that minors should not open the envelope."

I know when I was a kid if an envelope with that warning arrived it wouldn't make it to my parents.

No, no, you're not supposed to just paraphrase current, backpage stories. This thread is about predicting the future! 2024 to be more exact.

For example:
Virginia Gibson and husband rebound from her legistlative defeat with a successful series of porn videos depicting the many 'luvs' of America's first nymphomaniac POTUS and her much-cucked First Gentleman. The secret service spit-roast scene is not to be missed!

See, it's easy. Now you try it.

I don't feel very commital right now but I'm going to give this a halfhearter try...

A democrat wins the Whitehouse, Republicans grow their House majority (Hoebert ousted tho) and gain control of the Senate 51-49 (or 51-48 + 1indy, flipped seats are OH and AZ, Montana keeps Jon Tester)

*EDIT* - I think I got a detail wrong, Joe Manchin isn't running so his seat will flip back to Rep. I guess I'll say Dems keep AZ after all so i can stick by these numbers

Better than my attempt. Mostly based off of speculation, and if Trump doesn't run, i can see a republican taking back office given how badly Biden has done.

Its going to happen

DeSantis is going to debate Newsom in 2 weeks.

Things to just forget about
that Desantis hasn't secured his party's nomination
That primary votes won't even start to get cast for another 2 months
or that Gavin Newsom hasn't even declared his run for the Presidency yet.

None of that matters
They will be debating on the 30th

n November 30th, the stage is set for a political showdown between DeSantis and Gov. Newsom. Gov. Newsom has been rumored to enter the presidential race despite trying to quiet down the chatter.

Newsom does want to run very badly. I don't see it happening unless Biden has a health scare, which is unlikely.

Biden is remarkably fit. It is more likely that Trump will have a stroke or a heart attack or be killed or wounded in an assassination attempt.

It is finally breaking into the mass media that Trump is both mentally and physically unfit and his backers have well-developed plans for him to be a demagogue dictator if he is reelected. (Edit - I specified it is Trump's backers, Trump is not that smart.)

Prediction: Democrats win the presidency and a closely divided House, the Senate is a toss-up but I think Sen. Cruz loses.

If Democrats don't win it will be like Heinlein's Future History Tales, there is not another election as Christofascist Nehemiah Scudder starts his reign.

I recently remembered there is another SF figure Trump is even more like - "Honest John Barlow” in 'The Marching Morons'. A real estate con man who wants to be a dictator and runs a campaign bamboozling the low-IQ masses.

In the story, this would not be difficult, as they’re about 5 Billion morons to only 3 million intelligent people. And to state the Obvious, they are morons (IQ) of 45 or so. Reminds me of the Democrat majority now. :-)

DeSantis is just Trump Lite.

If the status quo holds for another year, the Republicans' best hope will be Nikky Haley.

Of course, the status quo holding for a year is a tall order. A long list of things could happen in that time which would upend all our predictions.

Ok, nail me on that:
Biden will win easy by 6-8 million votes atleast when Trump is on the ticket.
House will be blue and Senate might end up red.

Trump Now the Favorite Among Young and Hispanic Voters - Biden Leads With Old White Men and Shut-Ins

Biden now claims the support of just 63% of Black voters, a precipitous decline from the 87% he carried in 2020, according to the Roper Center. He trails among Hispanic voters by 5 percentage points, 39%-34%; in 2020 he had swamped Trump among that demographic group 2 to 1, 65%-32%. And among voters under 35, a generation largely at odds with the GOP on issues such as abortion access and climate change, Trump now leads 37%-33%.

I love all those spinning numbers in those obscure polls a year before the election.

The good thing is, there were actually real polls all over the country recently, called elections. And those elections have shown one thing very clearly, theres simply no red comeback on the horizon, rather the contrary.

But keep believing, just dont storm any gvmt buildings should you get dissapointed..... again.

Btw, remember this lady?

The one who lost to Trump? Oh yeah, her.
I see the top story today is she also happens to be the wife of Epstein's Doe 36.
I'm sure all of the 'non-hypocrites' scouring their 'Rape Island' for anything they can pass off as a 'clue', will be sure to bring that up.

Oh i see..... the point was lost somewhere.

Btw, and i think you will fully agree with me here, if Clinton broke the law on Eppy island hang him by his balls. And ofc he should never become a president again.
See how easy this is?

And now, once youre done agreeing with me, please, take your meds, have a nice hot bath, maybe a little glass of red wine (but not too much, cause of the meds ;) ) and have a long, hard think about that. Im sure you can do it.

Yeah, I guess you did lose your point... Try to find it, if you dare.
Random picture off Hellary...followed by dodging comment the Clinton's relationship with Epstein.

Hmm, actually, methinks you deliberately misplaced your point to hide any evidence of its malformed existence.
