The real issues are that:

1) Comey POSTED that photo; and

2) claimed, as the former Head of the FBI (and fired by Trump 45) that he had NO idea what the numbers meant. REALLY? I thought James Comey is supposedly intelligent.

3) Also, it is important to understand the meaning and significance of what Comey posted.

1) yes, the meaning to discard has been around a LONG time, BUT it has RECENTLY come to mean "to kill." That was reported by two sources that I cited.

2) Yes, PR nonsense; AGREED.

3) I read in one of my 3 articles I read (to educate myself beyond the Headlines I heard, because I thought it was a NON-Story and NOT important and thus not worth my TIME, until now)

that it was VERY UNLIKELY or even "NOT Likely" that Comey would be charged with a crime. I think it was reported that he was interviewed by the Secret Service on this matter. That should be sufficiently embarassing enough to the former FBI Director. Folks Like ConfedSS like to escalate such things above and beyond the molehill that they are. They too are making Political Points out of such things. BUT knowing History, we realize no one should make a joke about Killing the President. Which leads to my next point.

4) At least one article suggested that Comey has recently shown bizarre behavior, especially on his Social Media. It may be a reaction (extreme or crazy or disproportionate) to his Firing by Trump during his first term.
