Although I wouldn't call it 'The most terrifying video' as the author does, i think that it raises points in a very calm, un-emotional way, which is good for debating with logic. I know there's a few here who don't think there is global warming at all, so wondering what they think of this

thanks

Very, Interesting.

Personally i think he's right that it's safer to pick column A instead as B.

Sceintific studies ( by respescted professors ) show that the overwhelming factor affecting the earths climate is the activity of the sun. Which is obviously beyond human control.
Lets take carbon - the demon of the envioronmentalists, carbon is a natural element, all living things are made of it, the level of carbon in the atmosphere is produced from various sources :

1% - human polution
2% - volcanic activity
4% - rottiing vegetation. algae
93% - emitted from the oceans

Studies show that as ocean temp rises so does carbon emmision, but ocean temp rises far slower than the atmosphere, ie it takes the ocean at least 400-500 years to catch up with atmosphere.
The obsession with carbon is the problem, there is absolutely no sceintific proof that carbon causes the temprature to rise, in fact its the opposite, increasing temp results in carbon increases.
Imagine your car breaks down on the highway, do you spend the night inspecting the washer on the windscreen wiper?
Therefore to understand why our carbon levels are increasing now we have to look at what the atmosphere was doing 400 years ago, before industrialisation.
I dont deny that the climate is changing, but then it has always changed, the current frenzy is similar to the millenium bug, world disaster was prophesised but didnt happen.
The Earths atmosphere should better be called a tiny bubble in the suns atmosphere.

Couldnt be bothered to watch it all, but Graeme, scientists from all around the world in the IPCC agree that humans are to be blamed for climate change, and they know more then you.

The issue of the original video wasn't debating whether or not global warming is a threat, as he said, noone knows for sure either way. He just pointed out the risks of doing something/ doing nothing about it.

But then again, you're waiting for the apocolypse so Jesus can come back to earth and take his throne as king of earth, or something... so i know what outcome you'll be going for

The Earth will not end do to global warming. Column B! Its NOT true. I'm going for the option of Jesus coming down to rule the Earth for 1,000 years. And I don't think He wants to rule over a "Globally warmed" globe.

You know what, I am in some sort of agreeance with you there. I don't actually think global warming will be the thing that kills us first. I think the fact that this culture runs on the premise the the planet has infinite resources, but we are indeed living on finite planet. Civilization will come crashing down once oil production stops: - unless I find a way to bring it down beforehand.

I did a dispassionate study of this post, and found that it contained:

6% - arbitrary numbers plucked out of graeme89's arse
15% - half-remembered stuff read in the Daily Mail
24.76% - reiteration of the nonsense that weird boring bloke down the pub spouts on a Tuesday night
11100.00% - hot air, which, funnily enough, is contributing to 50% of the global warming being caused by humans

Yeah, well that's one totally plausible and realistic idea; but I picked the option where Vader turns against the Emperor and kills him before repenting for his past misdeeds. Whilst outside the Galactic Alliance had enlisted the aid of the Ewoks to eliminate Endor's shield generator batteries, which allowed them to proceed to destroy the Death Star by flying into its reactor core in the Millenium Falcon.

I believe graeme89 was referring to the post before mine; in which case I wholeheartedly concur with him.

How whacked-out and crazy can you get? Vader would never turn against the Emperor.
