How do u put them in ur avvy? Can u guys help me! :)

Upload it to photobucket and then resize it so that it's at the most 100x100 pixels. Avatar size.

ahhh...It was the resizing that i was struggling with! :)

Does anyone know where I can get a program to make these animated avatars?
I'm back after an all too long hiatus.
Real life sure knows how to intervene.

Flash, photoshop CS3, Adobe ImageReady, just google "free gif maker".
