Considering that diamond would mass significantly more than the Earth itself, I don't think she would live long enough to demand a larger diamond. It would certainly be interesting to watch someone crushed by a planet sized diamond. Of course, said diamond's subsequent collision with the Earth would be less entertaining.

If anyone has read the sequel to 2001 a space odyssey by Arthur C. Clarke, named "2010, the second journey" or something like that, you would know that its also been hypothesized that somewhere in the depths of Jupiter there could possibly be a large diamond.
