Top free online poker sites?

hey this is a great topic, as I am a big fan of poker and I've dabbled in a few sites but haven't found a great one. I say if we get a lot of people in this thread and find a good one, we should all join and play poker against eachother!!!

I'm trying to finish this book right now, so close to the end. But the forum keeps pullin me back haha. When I'm done I'll do some research on poker sites

literally as far as free sites go, you can play on any major site and you will be fine with .net as opposed to the .com. Theres sort of some legality issues with some of the .com but to be honest its not like those of us who have taken chunks of money off those sites, have gone to jail or anything.

the two sites i play at with pretend money are:

at gpokr they reset your account every month as they have a monthly leaderboard.

at pokerstars they offer more than texas hold'em.

both sites limit how soon or how often you can go back for free playing chips to limit abuse.

There a few good sites out there. A good free site is http://www.partypoker.com, they have a lot of different games. http://www.Pokerstars.com is pretty good to. I just downloaded http://www.PKR.com. Its pretty cool cause it is all 3D. you can create a character and there are all these actions you can do at the table and such. It's kinda fun. KidWhisky is my screen name if anyone is around some time and wants to play on the play money tables.
