You can never be sure. I didn't, and don't plan on, watching the video, but I can guess what it is probably about. If it is about how crowded the animals are (or how small the cage is, in the case of chickens) then there is really no regulation. They could claim to give each animal an acre of space while really having the worst overpopulation problem of any company and nobody would be there to regulate it. If you mean all of the hormones/constant stream of low doses of antibiotics (not enough to actually kill a disease, but enough that they don't show signs of being sick, or in other words a huge breeding ground for a super-bug) then there are a number of companies that claim to be organic, but again, there is no regulation. They could use the most hormones of anybody and call themselves organic. In general, meat is very unregulated. The federal government just doesn't have enough resources allocated to actually being able to aptly regulate the meat supply. It usually takes an animals rights activist getting inside a slaughter house and filming them killing downer cattle (cattle that can no longer get up for whatever reason, which is dangerous because they have a higher risk of having a disease you really don't want to eat) before the feds will actually send somebody down to investigate.
